Welcome to the official website of the Czech Association for Legal and Social Philosophy, where you can find current information about the activities of our organization.

We organize conferences, colloquia, and workshops with a focus on legal theory and philosophy. Upcoming events will be announced via our website and newsletter.

We will also consistently provide you with updates about happenings in legal and social philosophy, both domestically and internationally. This includes:

One of our goals is to support young scholars. Therefore, we provide a platform, where doctoral and master’s students across various disciplines and institutions can meet. We organize numerous events that offer young scholars the opportunity to share their knowledge in the fields of law, philosophy, or other humanities. Additionally, the conference for young scholars will be newly accompanied by a regular competition for the best essays in the field of legal and social philosophy, a tradition already cultivated by the International Association for Legal and Social Philosophy (IVR).
